Hourly Rental: $24 per hour for 1 room
(1.5 hour mimimum)
8 hour Day Rental: $190 for 1 room.
Additional fees will apply for events serving food and drink or ones with heavy foot traffic.
Whole building for 8 hour Day Rental: $2,300.
This rate only includes Administrative and Cleaning fees.
For the day rental of the Whole Building we have 3 time slots available:
Friday 2:00 - 10:00 pm
Saturday 1:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturday 2:00 - 10:00 pm
Please keep in mind that you must allow within this time frame set up and delivery of tables, chairs, catering, decor, etc., as well as their removal and pick-up. We recommend Your Event Delivered for all of your needs.

*For all rentals to ensure the teacher/presenter has 1 hour for the event/class, plus 15 minutes before and after for set up, break down, student arrival and departure. This brings the minimum cost to $36.00
**The Blue Moon Yoga Boutique, Amrita Massage Sanctuary and Medicina Massage rooms are not included in ANY rental, and will remain open, with the therapists having full access to their own spaces.
***If the renter goes over the agreed upon rental times, additional $24 room rental and $18 administrative fees per hour will apply.
****If you need or we require that our Events Administrator be
present during your event, an additional $18 per hour administrative fee will apply.
