Any room may be rented for the amount of $24 an hour per room. 

There is a minimum of 1.5 hours for all rentals to ensure the teacher/presenter has 1 hour for the event/class, plus 15 minutes before and after for set up and break down.  Due to the set up and break down time consideration, the minimum fee accepted will be $36 for the use of any space.

8 hour 1 day Rental: $190 for 1 room.
Entire building per day: $600 (*Note: The Blue Moon Yoga Boutique and massage rooms are not included in this rental, and will remain open.)
The longer you rent the space, the price may become more negotiable.
If the renter goes over the agreed upon rental agreement, the same above fees will apply.

**Please note: If you need to meet with Gina, the Events Administrator, to let you in, or for extra assistance of any kind, an additional $18 administrative fee may apply. You may also choose to hire the Events Administrator personally to assist you at $18 per hour, and pay her directly. Otherwise, please visit Gina during her regular business hours so she can give you a 10 minute run through of the space.
