3 Thursdays per month 5:30-8pm
1 weekend per month for 8 hours

Introducing the kick off of an entirely new training and approach to our traditional, long standing yoga teacher training program.

This Yoga & Wellness Program is meant for both practitioners of their private health needs and students wishing to serve and teach others to feel empowered by their health, respect and honor the inherent intelligence of the body. This is an over all holistic lifestyle program that will encourage longevity, sustainability and the tools to uphold the mental, emotional, and physical well being as an inspiration to others.

Living Your Yoga

with Judith H. Lasater

Thursday 10:00-12:30 & 1:30-4:00
Friday 10:00-12:30 & 1:30-4:00
Saturday 10:00-12:30 & 1:30-4:00

What we do “on the mat” is given perspective by how we live our lives off the mat. In this workshop, we will use short discussion from the Yoga Sutra, active asana practice, as well as Restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation to create a juicy and livable practice to take home.
