Caroline began practicing yoga in college to help ease her anxiety. She became a yoga teacher in 2016 to share the benefits of yoga with others. She bridges the worlds of yoga and physical therapy to educate folks on anatomy, neuroscience, and their relation to yoga.

Caroline’s classes are inspiring, calming, and leave you feeling strong and connected to your core. This class is an intermediate level practice with many modifications offered to make it inclusive.

Caroline specializes in teaching private yoga to folks with injuries and neurological conditions. Her private sessions can help you improve range of motion, strength, and flexibility. She will educate you on ways to use yoga to holistically manage musculoskeletal, chronic, or neuropathic pain.
