In these workshops, we’ll take a deeper dive into the yoga postures, ancient teachings, and energetics of the subtle body. The small-group format will allow time for questions, discussions and a short meditation, as well as individually tailored assists and modifications.

Invite cool and calm into your summer afternoon with restorative yoga, singing, harmonium, and crystal bowls. Move into a SATYA practice (floor-based somatic movements) to open fascia, support injury-recovery, and drop into the pace of the body.
This practice, appropriate for everyone regardless of yoga asana experience, helps us slow down, clear the mind, and re-discover our embodied wisdom.

Let go of stress with a deeply soothing 15-20 minute guided meditation, followed by an extended savasana to truly unwind. Class ends with therapeutic oils applied to your forehead (with an option to opt in or out of oil application).

The Classical Reiki Master Usui method is known for its clarity, simplicity, accessibility, quality, and efficacy.
