Reset your energy under the full moon with Caroline Chiesa and Jennifer Martinez. This special evening will offer the opportunity to join your voice in chanting with the instructors, breath work practice and guided meditation and restorative yoga poses, ensuring deep rest and relaxation.

In these workshops, we’ll take a deeper dive into the yoga postures, ancient teachings, and energetics of the subtle body. The small-group format will allow time for questions, discussions and a short meditation, as well as individually tailored assists and modifications.

Let go of stress with a deeply soothing 15-20 minute guided meditation, followed by an extended savasana to truly unwind. Class ends with therapeutic oils applied to your forehead (with an option to opt in or out of oil application).
