Join us for an inspiring and educational talk on how meditation can transform your health and help you manage stress more effectively. Based on both scientific research and ancient practices, this 2-hour event is ideal for anyone seeking clarity, calm, and well-being.
A 60-minute class that is entirely floor-based, incorporating seated, reclined, and restorative postures and SATYA-inspired somatic movements. Class includes a 15-20 minute guided meditation and extended savasana. Essential oils and sprays will be applied with your permission.
In these workshops, we’ll take a deeper dive into the yoga postures, ancient teachings, and energetics of the subtle body. Each workshop will focus on a specific anatomical area and category of poses (described below). The small-group format will allow time for questions, discussions and a short meditation, as well as individually tailored assists and modifications.
This two hour Introduction to Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) informational session will summarize the theoretical underpinnings and method of TCTSY, and offer a brief review of the evidence of efficacy.
- therapists looking for a somatic therapy to recommend to clients - yoga teachers who want to cultivate a trauma informed practice - yoga practitioners - anyone who has experienced trauma and is looking for therapeutic options
- those considering investing in the 8-week TCTSY Series
