Ben Jarvis

After 7 years in the military, where the goal was always to lift as much as possible and become as muscular as possible, I developed some nagging injuries.

Yoga has helped me find a more balanced physical practice as well as a more positive and healthy body image. I’m really passionate about injury prevention and it is in that spirit that I offer my Swan Power Yoga class. I find assists very important; think yoga meets massage. I’m passionate about making art, classical music, and my dachshund Heidi.
