Bindu Patel
Bindu began her teaching journey in 2009 after completing her first 200-hour yoga teacher training, and she has been joyfully sharing the practice ever since. In 2015, she deepened her studies with her longtime teacher, Tias Little, completing a 300-hour training in Prajna Yoga, followed by the full Prajna 500-hour certification. Along this path, Bindu received specialized training in Pregnancy Yoga, the Chakras, and the Vayus, and was later invited to lead her own Prajna Yoga 200-hour teacher training—an honor that reflects both her depth of study and her devotion to the lineage.
In addition to Prajna Yoga, Bindu is a 200-hour certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher and holds certifications in Yin and Restorative Yoga, allowing her to skillfully meet students where they are.
Bindu’s classes are welcoming, thoughtful, and accessible to practitioners of all levels, ages, and body types. She believes deeply that yoga is for everyone, and she approaches teaching as a heartfelt offering. Sharing yoga with others is both a privilege and a source of great joy in her life.
