Stephanie Stelly, also known as StellerAlchemy on instagram, is a sound healer and yoga teacher based in New Orleans, LA. Her connection to sound began through chanting mantra and a slow, steady love for the harmonium.

Stephanie’s approach to sound is simple and devotional – an open heart, a prayer in vibration. She believes sound isn’t meant to fix you, but to guide you back to the parts of yourself that are already whole. Through crystal bowls, crystal harp, and other sacred instruments, woven with silence and stillness – she creates a space where your soul can finally take a deep exhale.

Her yoga classes blend traditional movement, breathwork, and mantra into a nurturing space that invites students to fully experience each posture for grounding and uplifting energy. Join her sessions to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself through alignment- and flow-based yoga.

Stephanie has been on a journey of motherhood and divine feminine embodiment. She recently travelled to Bali and earned her Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga certification. She believes this experience healed her relationship with the Earth, restored her trust in the feminine, and reaffirmed her purpose within the vast teachings of yoga.

Her knowledge of energetics extends beyond yoga and sound to include Reiki Levels I & II in the Usui method, in the lineage of her sound teacher, Swan Michelle Baker.

Stephanie is available for private prenatal and postnatal yoga, private assisted yoga, and Reiki sessions, each with the option to include sound healing. She also offers private sound baths, supported by gentle restorative postures to help the body fully relax. Sessions are offered at Swan River Yoga Mid-City Mandir.
